Dr. Palak Jaiswal, Founder of "THE WISDOM TREE FOUNDATION" is also known as Director of Chouksey group of colleges, Bilaspur Chhattisgarh. She is born in Jhansi and bought up in Nagpur. Her education was completed from Nagpur only. She is a Doctorate in HR from Nagpur University, an MBA in HR and Double PG in Finance from Nagpur University. She has attended training programmes at IIT ROORKE and did General Management Programme from IIM INDORE. She has attended many International Conferences and she has also published papers on many topics in IEEE journals.

• Recently she received her certificate from “WHO for Covid 19 – Operational Planning Guidelines and Covid 19 partners platform to support country preparedness and response”.
• She has been also awarded by (Competition success review magazine, Delhi) “CSR Eminent Director of Leading Institute Award” at Delhiin 2020 and
• Awarded by “CSR National Magazine as Best Director” in 2019 at Delhi as well.
• She has been honoured and awarded by Dainik Bhaskar as Smart Women on the occasion of Women’s Day.

The founder of The Wisdom tree foundation Dr. Palak Jaiswal has always been very passionate about Social Welfare and environmental betterment of our country. Creating an NGO to work in the field of Education, Rural development, technological development, Women empowerment and child welfare, Social welfare is just a start of her journey towards her dream of making our country better by creating a better life for Under privileged people.

She has been working for underprivileged children and recently took care of the financial responsibility of two orphan children's one baby girl and one baby boy under the age of 6 months.
